Swim Meet in Panama City This Saturday

WHAT:  Panama City Invitational

WHEN:  SAT – 8 OCTOBER 2011

WHERE:  Frank Brown Pool, Panama City, located at 16200 Panama City Beach Pkwy., Panama city, FL  32413 (for your GPS)

WARM UPS:  7:00 AM  (THIS MAY CHANGE!!!)  IF THIS CHANGES - You will be notified

MEET START:  9:00  AM

HOW:  Individual Transportation 

GENERAL INFORMATION:  This will be a Prelim AND Final Meet which means you will need to be prepared to stay all day if your swimmer makes it to finals.  There will be approx. a 2 to 3 hour break before the meet starts back up in the afternoon or early evening.  Please Bring Supplies for your swimmer accordingly.  Many families drive down Friday evening and stay in a hotel, but it is not necessary.  It is approx. 1.5 to 2.0 hour drive.

BRING:  Everyone that can bring  a tent please bring one. This meet is an outside meet so please bring SUNSCREEN.  And extra towels as the morning towels tend to get too wet to be used in the afternoon.

Admissions:  There will be a fee for Admission and Heat Sheets, and concessions are available, Please bring some cash.
