**** REMEMBER TO HYDRATE YOUR SWIMMERS
EVEN THOUGH THESE ATHLETES DO MOST OF THEIR TRAINING IN THE POOL, THEY GET EXTREMELY HOT. WITH TEMPERATURES SO HIGH THEY WILL NEED MORE THAN THE USUAL AMOUNTS OF LIQUIDS TO KEEP THEMSELVES HYDRATED. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SODAS, COFFEE, OR ENERGY DRINKS.
